     "The suffering I endured from chronic back pain was crippling and debilitating. I enjoy aerobics, running, dancing, gardening and playing with my children, which I was not able to do because of the discomfort. Each year the pain seemed to get worse and more severe. I was taking over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs so I could continue to function in my day-to-day affairs. As my body became used to the drugs they became less effective.
